The short distances in the Fulda region refer not only to traffic, but also to decision-making processes. Shortening these distances is a focus of our meta-network consisting of Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the Fulda Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Fulda District Chamber of Skilled Crafts and the Fulda Junior Chamber of Commerce. The cooperation with the Kassel Chamber of Crafts and the state-wide networking with starthub hessen (HTAI) makes it a powerful local initiative group. Thanks to this close networking, it is possible for us to support all those who want to become self-employed, whether founders from sideline business or studies or fast-growing startups.

Coworking Spaces
Coworking spaces, hybrid usage areas and on-demand offices have long since ceased to belong only to metropolises. #fdworks connects existing initiatives and forms a new-work landscape in the district of Fulda. We help establish coworking spaces and new organizational forms of work at the interface between communities and business. We design innovative utilization concepts for the development of municipal real estate and create joint platforms. In this way, we sustainably increase the quality of work and life in the region.

In addition to a monthly start-up regulars' table, Region Fulda GmbH regularly invites you to various events. For example, we do sports together, meet for outdoor events and invite you to consultation days - for example, for all questions about business management. And, of course, we don't miss the start-up reception of the Fulda Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Class instead of mass: We are aware that we cannot impress with the sum of startups. But the quality of the startups in the Fulda region is really impressive. In the last 10 years, we have been able to accompany many finalists and prize winners to the Hessian Startup Prize. Two others received a scholarship from the startup community Young Business Germany. Every startup has its own individual success story and we are proud to be a part of it.
