With its location in the triangle between Kassel, Frankfurt and Würzburg, the Fulda region has the optimal location. The ICE train station in Fulda and several highways connect eastern Hesse with the rest of Germany, which also likes to come to us: After all, we are located in a popular vacation area. Fulda University of Applied Sciences has eight departments, 9,600 students and 600 employees. The campus in the city area provides practical education with modern equipment and stands for authoritative research in its departments. Vocational schools and universities of cooperative education provide practical theory in a wide-ranging portfolio of subject areas. Practical learning is also possible at the Fulda Environmental Center, the first of its kind in Germany in 1994, or in the training construction hall of the Eastern Hesse Training Center, which is operated by the district craftsmen's association. At antonius - netzwerk Mensch, the focus is on inclusion in practice. Through elementary school, special school and runway, a working school with training preparation, being different loses its meaning in the region.
